Rendang is a staple in Nusantara cuisine and using local ingredients, Nusantara Singapore presents their Chicken Rendang Lasagna ($18) that is made with lace pancake (Roti Jala) layered with chicken rendang, mozzarella, coconut bechamel and sliced tomatoes.
We all love a good bowl of mee rebus and pasta hence the Chefs at Nusantara Singapore have created Mee Rebusta ($18) that is made with Fettuccine with sliced beef, ebi prawns, beancurd, egg, green chilies, spring onions topped with homemade gravy.
